1. Click on the "EDIT" tab at the top righthand side of the page
2. Once in edit select "Heading 1" from the drop down menu that now says "norma"
3. Type in your name, then enter
4. Now select the icon from the edit bar above that looks like a small picture.
5. Select the "Upload files" tab from the top of the window.
6. Next click browse and find your file
7. Click "open"
8. Then click "upload"
9. Once the file has been uploaded, then click the "Insert file" tab at the top left of the window
10. Now double click on your file and it will be inserted into the page
